Review by Kılınç Servis

The Enchanted Sea Pollyanna by Islanders is a mesmerizing album that takes listeners on a journey through a mystical and enchanting world. The album is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern music, featuring a variety of instruments such as the harp, flute, and guitar.

The album's opening track, "The Enchanted Sea," sets the tone for the entire album with its haunting and ethereal melody. The use of ocean sounds in the background adds to the overall ambiance of the album, making listeners feel as though they are truly exploring a magical underwater world.

Other standout tracks on the album include "Atlantis," which features a driving beat and a lively flute melody, and "Mermaid's Lullaby," which is a soothing and peaceful track that showcases the beauty of the harp.

The Islanders are Randy Starr (vocal pop "After School"  #37 4/57) on guitar with Frank Mettis on keyboards. Starr retired as a dentist in the New York area.

I wondered if this would turn out to be the same song called "Pollyanna" that was written by Joe South and was recorded by the Classics, who later became known as the Classics IV. But it's a different song, from several years earlier. I'm glad I chose to listen to this song, because it's nice, too.
