Garbage Collage, the latest album by Screamin' MeeMees, is a wild and unpredictable ride through a variety of musical genres. From punk rock to blues, from funk to country, the band's sound is eclectic and experimental, with a healthy dose of irreverence and humor.
The album opens with the frenetic punk rock anthem "Trash Talkin'", a blistering attack on the superficiality of modern society. From there, the band shifts gears with the bluesy "Junkyard Blues", which features some impressive guitar work and a soulful vocal performance.
Other highlights on the album include the funky "Dumpster Diving", the tongue-in-cheek country ballad "Garbage Pickin' Mama", and the psychedelic "Trash Can Symphony", which features some trippy guitar effects and a haunting vocal melody.
