Notes
- Box is brown cardboard, 6 1/2" wide and 9 1/4" high, with an artist / title sticker on the front lid, which opens on the right side. Inside the lid is a black tray for the disc sunk into the thick cardboard. The main part of the box has a sunken space to fit the video tape and tri-fold booklet. The video has a slipcase open at the top and bottom. A black elastic band wraps around the box and loops around a button on the lid to keep the box closed.
