The Oldies But Goodies CD 2 by Various is a fantastic compilation album that takes listeners on a nostalgic journey through some of the greatest hits of the past. Featuring a mix of classic rock and roll, doo-wop, and R&B, this album is sure to please fans of all ages.
The album kicks off with the timeless hit "The Twist" by Chubby Checker, setting the tone for what's to come. Other standout tracks include "Blueberry Hill" by Fats Domino, "Yakety Yak" by The Coasters, and "Great Balls of Fire" by Jerry Lee Lewis.
One of the great things about this album is the range of artists and styles represented. From the smooth crooning of Nat King Cole on "Unforgettable" to the soulful sounds of Sam Cooke on "Chain Gang," there's something here for everyone.

- The name of the newspaper does not appear on the release.
- CD1 of the series occupies slot 1 of the oversized 4-panel cardboard digifile case, with the remaining 11 slots available for the upcoming CDs. CD2 to CD12 comes in cardboard sleeve.
- The complete 12CD Box were released again later on various occasions through newspaper-kiosks.
