The album Necrophagist by Necrophagist is a must-have for fans of extreme metal. Released in 2004, this album showcases the band's technical prowess and virtuosity, with intricate guitar riffs, complex drum patterns, and lightning-fast solos.
The album's opener, "Stabwound," sets the tone for the rest of the album with its intense and frenzied pace. Other standout tracks include "Only Ash Remains," "Epitaph," and "Intestinal Incubation," which feature blistering guitar solos and intricate time signatures.
Despite the album's technical complexity, the songs are still accessible and memorable, with catchy hooks and memorable choruses. The vocals, courtesy of guitarist and frontman Muhammed Suiçmez, are also impressive, ranging from guttural growls to high-pitched screams.
