Review by Kenny Gregg

Milton Brown and His Brownies' album "I Had Someone Before I Had You And Ill Have Someone After Youre Gone Under The Double Eagle" is a true gem of Western swing music. The album features a collection of lively and upbeat tracks that showcase the band's exceptional musicianship and Brown's smooth vocal style.

From the opening track "Right or Wrong" to the closing number "Brownie's Stomp," the album is full of infectious melodies and catchy rhythms that will get listeners tapping their feet and dancing along. Brown's vocals are the perfect complement to the band's dynamic instrumentals, which feature everything from fiddles and guitars to horns and drums.

One standout track on the album is "Somebody's Been Using That Thing," a raucous tune that showcases Brown's playful side and the band's ability to let loose and have fun. Another highlight is "Under the Double Eagle," a traditional tune that the band puts their own spin on, infusing it with their signature Western swing sound.
