DimensionD, the latest album from Detroit-based producer Luke Hess, is a journey through the depths of techno. Hess, known for his hypnotic and atmospheric sound, has crafted a collection of tracks that are both introspective and driving.

From the opening track "Emerald," with its pulsating bassline and ethereal pads, to the closing track "Self Control," with its haunting melodies and intricate percussion, Hess takes the listener on a sonic adventure. The album is filled with intricate rhythms, lush textures, and subtle nuances that reveal themselves with each listen.

One standout track is "TDY," a collaboration with fellow Detroit techno veteran Omar-S. The track is a masterclass in minimalism, with a stripped-down beat and hypnotic synth line that builds and builds until it reaches a euphoric climax.
