This is sarah for some reason i am signed in under my dads name. I dont even know his password and this is my computer so dont know how my dad's name just posted. But Ricky Smith is the little boy that played lead in this song.

Daddy passed 2 months ago in September. He played his guitar til just a few months b4 the end. I am so glad this is on here. I remember playing this record when i was a little kid. I always thought he was the coolest. I do know that this was a last minute gig and the Kids wrote the song in the car on the way to the studio. If im not mistaken he was also on the drums.

I played lead guitar on this record. Rick was singing the tenor voice. Carl Smith played the other guitar. Ira Padget, bass, Danny Wade on Drums. Roy Deal was singing lead.

I cant believe i found this!!!!!!! This is my dads first record he was 12 or 13 at the time. I used to listen to it when i was little and thought how cool it was that my dad had his own record. He is on drums and guitar with vocals. He is 62 now and he was just tickled to have been able to hear it again and he was glad to hear it on YOUTUBE!!! He is still great on the guitar he plays everyday.
