Australian rock legend Jimmy Barnes has released his latest album, Promise Me You'll Call, and it's a winner. Featuring 12 tracks of heartfelt and soulful rock, this album showcases Barnes' signature vocals and his ability to tell a story through his music.
The opening track, "Love Hurts," sets the tone for the album with its bluesy guitar and Barnes' powerful voice. From there, the album takes the listener on a journey through love, loss, and redemption. "I'm in a Bad Mood" is a standout track, with its catchy chorus and Barnes' raw vocals.
The album also features collaborations with some of Australia's top musicians, including Diesel and Ian Moss. The track "My Demon (God Help Me)" features a haunting guitar solo from Moss that perfectly complements Barnes' lyrics.
